Final Countdown!!!!

I had my pre-operation appointment today. All went just fine. I go back to the doctor on Tuesday next week then have the baby on Monday the 28th! So glad that I can finally see an end to this pregnancy. Although I am beginning to get a bit nervous about having a 3rd c-section. The recovery process is slow but I know I will have lots of help. We are all so excited to meet this little guy that has been making mommy act a little different these past couple of weeks. Jack was talking to my belly last night telling him to come out soon. It is so neat that he really gets what is going on!

Here are a couple of new pictures of the kids. We had them taken at University Park and they turned out wonderful. We have been doing okay here. Haley just got over a case of the flu, and now we are all starting to get a summer cold. Yuck! I have been feeling okay, pretty tired and swollen by the end of the day. We are down to six weeks until the little guy arrives and couldn't be more excited. Jack is amazed and loves to put his head on my tummy to get the baby kicking. He thinks it is so awesome! I think he will be a great help. Hope your summer is going good, now that it is warm and feeling like summer!

Jack 4 1/2 year picture.

Awww....

They look so innocent!

Enjoying the slip and slide in the back yard. Haley would only try it with the water off. Jack was trying to show her how to do it. She was a little to girly and scared to go. Jack, on the other hand, has it mastered!

Helping Grandpa drive the boat on the river. They take us out every year after Grandpa finishes the Catfish tournament. We had dinner and drinks, Sprite for me and the kids. It was a very relaxing night!

A few new pics.

Summer seems to be flying by with busy weeks and even busier weekends. We are heading to the lake tomorrow for what sounds like a chilly weekend. Jack has been in Langdon this week with Gma Patty and Gpa Al. We could not be more excited to get him back tomorrow. He has had a great time at the farm, but we miss him here! I have been feeling good. By the end of the day, my feet are pretty swollen and body is tired from chasing kids all day. But, the count down is on, I am just about 32 weeks along.....only 7 weeks until our scheduled c-section. We have been organizing and setting up the nursery, things are coming along just great. Hope your summer is going good and thanks for checking in on us.

The new bunk beds have been a success, although Haley has figured out how to get up the ladder. Jack always comes and taddles on her and then we have a big fight trying to get her down.

Dad, we are ready for our shower!

Enjoying a sucker. I am sure someday they will not believe me that they did like each other.

Spidey! Jack got his face painted at the annual foster parent appreciation picnic. We waited in line forever, but it was worth it!

Haley and I at Sesame Street Live on Tuesday night. She was a great little girl, and really enjoyed the show. We made it to the end.......

I took this about 4 minutes after I put her to bed after the Elmo show. We had a great time, but she was beat!

Happy 2nd Birthday Haley!

The kids enjoying some lemonade outside this morning.

Haley eating her cereal with the new purse that RJ Julie gave her for her birthday. She is a girly girl!

Trying out the new scooter that we got her. She is always trying to ride Jack's so we thought she needed her own.

Eating her cake and icecream so nicely. She is addicted to napkins. Much different from last year!

Happy Birthday Missy!

The favorite gift of the party was from my dad. He got her a set of twin dolls. She carried them around the whole night, and is still in love with them today. Thanks dad, good job!

Pretty girl all dressed up for her party. We had my side of the family over last night, and are heading to Langdon to celebrate with Pat's side this weekend. We had a very relaxing night and the birthday girl loved all the attention! Thanks to all that made her 2nd year so wonderful!

Summer Fun!

WOW, can we say tired after a weekend at the lake! He slept like this the whole way home.

Happy Father's Day....he was out!

They love to eat at their own table at the lake. Oh, and the "bug juice" is a must have!

The kids caught the first frog of the year.....Haley was pretty excited.

Two of Sara's boys with Jack and Haley on our way to the park! I think this day we had a total of 14 kids to watch over. Amazingly, it went just great!

Where does the time go?

Haley loving up Auntie Jess.
Pat & Jack at the Como Zoo this past weekend.

Haley and Jack loving the rides!

Cuddling in Jack's bed.

Our first day at the lake. Pat and I were busy raking all day! We are excited to get out thier this weekend for some relaxing, if the weather cooperates.

We took the front of Haley's crib off a couple of weeks ago to try and get her ready for her bunk bed. Her and Jack will be sharing a room for awhile so the baby can be by himself. (Yes a boy!, We found out last week and couldn't be more excited!) Jack is happy that he gets to sleep on the top!

Jack at his end of the year preschool program. He did so good, made me cry!

Baby # 3

We had our first ultrasound last week - this is the little baby. It is only about 3 inches long, but had arms and legs moving all around. We were so happy to see that everything is looking good so far!

They think it is so neat to watch a movie on the little DVD player.

My big girl wants to go on the potty so bad. She has to sit on here after any of the daycare kids. I think I will wait at least until after her 2nd birthday in June to start training her.

Jack reading Haley a book. He is pretty good to her!

My awesome fort I made in the basement. Let me know if you need any advice on how to make a good one, as you can see I have quite an imagination! HaHa
